We are a welcoming and organised private clinic offering Podiatry and Physiotherapy in Farnham, Surrey, looking for a Receptionist to join our small, friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for patient care and a collaborative approach to supporting a professional healthcare environment.
Hours:
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Additional hours available for holiday cover
Duties:
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s computerised calendar
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Process payments, handle billing, and assist with financial transactions
- Support various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, scanning, and correspondence
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth patient flow within the practice
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in office software such MS Office Suite (preferred)
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, efficient, and committed to providing exceptional service
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 10 per week

Requirements:
