Waverley Clinic is excited to announce that we are now offering comprehensive physiotherapy services in Farnham, Surrey, thanks to the newest addition to our team, James Leyland, an experienced and highly skilled physiotherapist.
James brings a wealth of expertise to our practice, with a strong educational background that includes a degree in Sports Science from Chichester University (2001), an advanced diploma in Sports Therapy, and a first-class degree in Physiotherapy from London South Bank University. James began his professional career in the NHS, where he spent over a decade addressing a wide range of conditions, from post-surgical and acute injuries to long-term and chronic issues.
Since 2013, James has been practising in the private sector, where he has continued to refine his skills. His treatment methods include joint mobilisations, soft tissue release, myofascial release, taping, electrotherapy, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and exercise prescription. James takes a movement-based approach to assessments, focusing on both diagnosing conditions and identifying underlying movement pattern disorders to prevent recurrence.
