Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Failure to provide the required 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge of £60.00 added to your account.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within the designated notification period to avoid charges.
